I've been looking looking through a box of old CDs at home and I came across the above demo CD, circa 1998!

It covers inbound, outbound and reporting including DART. If you don't know what DART was then it's best not to know. It was horrible!

I'm sure that somewhere between the 3rd and 4th bottle of vodka, DART seemed like a great idea. 

Of course, back in the days when I carried a pager and supported the running contact center, I'd say 80% of my pages were related to some system slowing to a crawl because a DART query destroyed the database...
