Monitor Hunt Groups (Alcatel OXE)
« on: July 03, 2008, 05:34:21 PM »
Hi, im not a telephony guy so please be nice with yours answers. Im a software developer, my boss wants to see in some web page, who is participating in a "hunt group" (i think its the name) he currently does it login to OXE by Telnet and using a command:

pbxstat -w d <GROUP>

My question is, anybody has know of some way to get this info by a Software interface, CTI, or something that a computer can read ?

We have an Alcatel 4400 OXE and Genesys CTI, there is any way to T-Server gives me this info ?

Of course i can try make an application thats do a hide telnet and captures the console output, but im looking a better way.

Thanks for your time and any info.

Enrique.
