Hello All,
I am unable to open the links provided in the initial posts regarding VHT. I know it was a old post, but am unable to find any relevant links regarding Virtual Hold.
These links do not work:
Architecture: http://virtualhold.com/technology_architecture.asp
Call FLow: http://www.virtualhold.com/technology_callflow.asp
White papers: http://virtualhold.com/newsroom_whitepapers.asp
FAQs: http://virtualhold.com/technology_faq_main.aspTake a test drive: http://virtualhold.com/company_demo.asp

Please suggest.

Hello all,

As mentioned by thinkb4umail the links of the documents are not working now and it will be very helpful if someone post with the current working links for the same.

I referred to VH official website but could not find the relevant documents there.

The integration is quite limited. All that VH can do - is monitor the T-Server queue for real call and of course make outbound dial throw t-server. Their still unable to ask stat server about agent real workload. Their still unable to make "virtual" call in queue visible to t-server and as it result you can't monitor total queue load throw CCPulse or Pulse. You also unable to use "virtual agent" group to assigned to queue in VH coz it's still need the manual configuration. Etc, etc, etc... "Virtual holding" as idea is very good solution. But  this one concrete implementation (of course i said about this one  with Genesys integration) cost to much compare to not so good result.
