Agents in OCM out of licence
« on: November 17, 2007, 03:40:27 PM »
Hi aparently in saturdays where the contact center is full loaded of people we use all Outbound Agents licences (60), for the little we know maybe the agent 61 and the nexts logged in ok, but they dont receive OCM calls except when all other agents are busy, but when they receive the call they are not allowed to send user events for reschedule the record, all user events send to OCM for this agents causes error (user event error)

Is this possible ? is like that ?

How can i know from the desktop if the agent is a over-licenced agent and cannot send user events.

What are your experiences in this issues and how do you handle ?.

Thanks for your time.

Well first of all tell the customer that 60 is not 61  ;D that there is a small difference.
Second I believe on SCI you will see a license error violation.
How is your OCS license options configured?
What does FlexLM traces says?

Hi Cav.

I see one License error violation. but the saturday several agents happen this issue (and i think was 6x, maybe 70s of 60 licences)

Where i see OCS license options configuration ?

I have no ide what FlexLM traces are.

Remember im a developer, im just telling my app behavoir based on the events i receive, i dont have much admin access to the platform implementation.

Well due to your limited access to all the Genesys platform there is nothing you can do. You must ask the guys who handle the platform to configure alerts and respective reactions to those errors.
There is nothing you can do...:S It escapes from your manage
