What Webcam for Genesys Online Exam?

Hello

has anyone completed a Genesys online exam recently and confirm what webcam we need to use.
some years ago we could only use external webcams.
then during the pandemic and years after, it was ok to use the internal camera of a notebook device.
however wondered if it was now back to external webcam again,
i tried to verify with genesys beyond beyond but they have passed it to another department and taking a while to answer and i have one coming up.
