Agent's name is garbled in CCPulse.

Hi everyone,

I have no idea how to display agent's name in Chinese. It is garbled in CCPulse now.

Stat Server version : 8.5.112.23

Could be an encoding issue.
CCPulse has no longer support from Genesys but should work as long as all components are under same encoding.
CfgServer is UTF8?

Yes, the CfgServer option is "encoding = utf-8 "

CfgServer option is "encoding = utf-8 " only means that export using CCW will be in utf-8. It is not saying that data is stored in utf-8

You need to check startuplogs for configserver or check database to see that init_multi_multilang_mssql.sql was run instead of normal init_multi_mssql.sql
