Hi everyone,

Agents' name is garbled in DMA. How to fix this problem ?
Package Version is 8.1.000.05

As this seems similar to your CCPulse question. Chinese seems not to be a supported language.
Now, DMA is no longer supported neither as well as CCA.
Your best shot it to ask Genesys if they have a Language Pack for Chinese.
