Dear All expert,
I m having issue with SIP softphone on Window 7 pc. When I used wwe to lunch, it's says can not connect to softphone and logs show secure connection error as below... there's no config modify on sip softphone..it's just control by wwe. It was working fine with other window 10 pc. As I see from document, window 7 is supported. Can advise where should I look for this issue to resolve.
