Newly built Pulse not reading existing dashboards or Objects
« on: August 16, 2021, 08:16:21 PM »
We built new Pulse and Pulse Collector applications and need them to access the existing objects. We currently have 12 Pulse Collectors running and added 4 more. These new applications show blank when logging into pulse. Do we need to add the new Pulse collectors to the connection tabs of the existing pulse applications?

Hi,

If you installed the same version of Pulse and Collector than the previous ones that are already running you should be fine.
Are you using the same DAPs?
Are the dashboards stored in CFG or Pulse DB?

Yes, the dashboards are in CME and the Pulse DB. I noticed that the application_keys are different between the new Pulse instances and the existing Pulse instances. Then I added the new Pulse instances to the existing Pulse instances and restarted the new Pulse instance. Now, the application keys for the existing Pulses were changed to the application key of the new pulse instances and no dashboards are seen when logging into the existing Pulses.
