C++ Issues when installing CCADatamart ETL Service
« on: January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM »
Has anyone come across an install issue when installing the ETL Service for CCA, which relates to a C++ library error?

The screen pops an error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!
Program: ....~OCUME~1\$TTILL~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\_ISTEMP2.DIR\_INS5576._MP

abnormal program termination

Then the installation crashes out. I've got a ticket in with Genesys and they are forwarding it from EMEA to the US Support, but I'm desperate to continue my install...

I'm using 6.5 solutions on a Win2K platform, with SQL2000 SP3 all of which appear to be the newest versions/SP's etc...

ANY help is mucho appreciated mail me if you like! :)

  • You are not using SP 4 on win 2000? If so is this supported by Genesys yet.

    It would appear that the Data Sourcer install was not created by the CCA Historical Reporting Wizard and was not installed before Datamart ETL Service.

    I've installed Data Sourcer and the installation has worked.

    Thanks for the input!
