Getting started with WDE
« on: October 26, 2017, 07:15:45 PM »
Hey guys hope you're doing well,

I've been working on the Genesys development team for a while, we are using Interaction SDK to create the new features, but now we were requested to work on WDE(Workspace Desktop Edition), since I don't know anything about and the only one thing I know is that we can't modify the code directly, I was wondering if you could give me a brief explanation of how to start to add new features or modify the already existing ones, I'd really appreciate your help on this one.

I've been reading the documentation related to but it's still confusing, I found that they have both an XAML and a c# file, but that's it.

Thanks!

You can go to Genesys documentation site and read all about it there.
You need knowledge on WPF, yes.
