How can I my CallCenter supervisor monitor from CCPulse number of TotalNumberInboundCall with duration TotalInboundCallTime X sec ie below 10sec and above 10sec etc. How about CCA historical report

  • Go to the StatServer and create the time range for example 0:10 and the others that you need, then in CCPulse create a template with totalcall and select the time range created.
